Marking station for marking large and bulky parts
The SpeedMarker 1300 is designed for marking large, bulky parts (such as long pipes, large machine parts or automotive parts) as well as a large number of small parts in magazines – all with a laser with a laser safety class 2 coverage. The large doors allow easy and comfortable handling of objects up to 1250 mm long. The movement in the X and Y axes ensures an increase in the marking area.
High speed and maximum precision
The basis of the SpeedMarker 1300 is a maintenance-free SpeedMarker FL fiber laser, which marks at a speed of up to 640 characters/s. What does this mean for you? High performance and maximum productivity. The fiber laser is the ideal tool for marking metals and plastics in a clearly readable 1-point typeface.
Perfect interplay
The SpeedMarker 1300 is controlled by a bespoke SpeedMark software package. It can communicate with higher programs, such as SAP, databases or other external information systems. Integration into existing systems is very easy thanks to the I/O interface. Your operator can control the device independently using direct commands or prepare the entire workflow after a short training. SpeedMark can generate 1D and 2D codes or control optional accessories such as rotary unit. If it is necessary to mark on a large area, SpeedMark will allow the so-called segmentation, i.e. dividing the work area into parts and marking each separately. You can customize the user interface for each operator by defining user rights for each user group.
