You can even cut out the outlines of printed images using your desktop printer and the STIKA driver. The CutStudio software RIP
Like other Roland cutters, the GS-24 is equipped with the CutStudio RIP. CutStudio is RIP software that allows operators to enlarge, reduce, reposition, rotate and mirror images quickly and easily. Additionally, an improved slicing function makes slicing very large format images a breeze, while also providing the user with the ability to slice TrueType fonts.® without having to cut them out.
CutStudio supports BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats, as well as the ability to cut directly from graphics software. The software can be downloaded from the site startup.rolanddg.com.
